Stig Reenberg Hansen - Founder, Managing Director and Principal Transformation Consultant
As the past holder of a world cycling title and winner of several other sporting championships, Stig knows the power of transforming drive and focus into delivering success. Born into a family of Olympic and elite athletes, he learnt from a young age the value of team work in creating outstanding performance.
Stig excels in delivering collaborative and value centric transformational strategies and solutions and program management consulting services for our clients.
He holds a Masters Degree in Engineering specialised in Automation / Robotics from Danish Technical University and Graduate Diploma in Management and has over 25 years IT and business management experience working in Europe, Asia and ANZ with large multi-national clients across the transport, logistics, supply chain, mining, energy and utilities industries and government sectors.
Prior to re-branding SRH Consulting (formerly DEH Consulting) in 2009, he worked in senior management positions with Capgemini and Deloitte Consulting in Australia and Europe, managing multi-million dollar business transformation programs involving implementation of leading edge business, technology and leadership solutions for enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and asset modelling / simulation / optimisation.
Over the last 10 years he has specialised in business, technology and organisational transformation of asset intensive mission critical business operations including developing new operating models, business process integration, capabilities and operational technology solutions and leveraging technology enablers for artificial intelligence, data analytics, decision support, optimisation and automation.
Stig’s expertise spans the entire business and technology transformation and organisational change management life cycle across strategy formulation, business case development, operating model design, capability development, business process definition, solution components, requirements definition, tender preparation and evaluation, solution selection, design, development, test, implementation, commissioning, maintenance and support.
Stig recognises from experience that all successful transformation programs are anchored in effective working relationships between IT and business and sustainable leadership that allows continuous organisational learning, personal development and knowledge retention in order to secure and advance the client's organisational capabilities and intellectual property.
Tania Hansen - Executive Director and Language and Culture Coach
As a former school teacher, Tania travelled and lived across four continents in Asia Pacific, North America and West Arica before the age of 18.
She subsequently lived in Paris (France) and Basel (Switzerland) for 10 years where she worked as a trilingual language coach delivering tailored business language and coaching classes to senior executives in large multi-national finance, banking and pharmaceutical companies.
Tania moved to Sydney Australia in 2008 to further her post graduate studies where she later met and married Founder and Managing Director Stig Reenberg Hansen in 2011. They now jointly have three sons Zachary, Levi and Elijah aged 7, 5, 5 and are living and working on the Northern Beaches in Sydney Australia.
Sophie Reenberg Hansen - Office Manager & Program Coordinator
As a former Dux of MacKellar Girls High School with ATR 98% and high distinction in Math, English, Physics, Chemistry and French, Sophie proceeded to take a gap year during 2012 working in Denmark before she commenced studying a Bachelor in Psychology at Sydney University where she graduated in 2016 with Distinction.
Sophie possesses strong organisational, people, administration and finance management skills and provides invaluable leadership support for the SRH Consulting team during client work, conferences and virtual summits and she also leads all general project administration, finance and human resources functions.
